Terms and Conditions

1. All rates, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice.
2. $.45 per mile will be charged for miles accumulated over the packaged deal.
   
3. A reservation fee of 25% of rental or $300, whichever is greater, is required to secure rental dates. Full payment is due 15 days prior to departure date. A copy of your valid driver's license and completed application will also be needed to reserve the motor home.
4. A security deposit will be received upon check in for the amount of $750.00. If there are no damages to the vehicle, the deposit will be returned within one week of returned RV. Renter is responsible for all damages to the motor home.
5. Minimum 48 hour notice of departure date.
6. In case of accident covered by insurance, the renter is responsible for all deductibles.
7. No smoking. No pets. Any evidence of either will result in forfeiting complete security deposit. Renter will be responsible for the full cost of cleaning and repairs due to this violation of contract.
8. Renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license and have a major credit card. Driving records and credit will be checked for risk assessment. Only drivers who have signed the rental contract are allowed to drive. All drivers are bound to the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
9. Rental vehicles are not permitted to go to Mexico.
10. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations will receive a 100% refund 45 days prior to departure. From 45 days to 14 days cancellation fee is 25% of rental rate. Payment is 100% non-refundable if cancellation is received within the last two weeks prior to departure. Any exceptions are up to the sole discretion of AC RV Rentals, LLC. If ACRV has to cancel your reservation for reasons beyond our control, we will refund 100% of amount paid and notify you as soon as possible.
11. Pickup and return times will be stated on rental contract. Failure to return vehicle on time will result in late penalty not to exceed $300.00 per day. Other renters are depending on your promptness. If you desire to extend your stay, please call to see if RV is available for rental extension.
12. RVs are rented with a full tank of gas, plus a full LP. Renter agrees to pay all fuel and oil costs. Grey and Black holding tanks will be empty. Please return vehicle in the same manner. Failure to do so will result in the following charges: Gas and LP cost plus $20.00. Fee to empty tanks is $50.00.
13. Motor home should be returned in rental condition or a cleaning fee of $75.00 for the exterior and $50.00 for the interior will be charged. Cleaning supplies are provided. Please do not use any other cleaners, including SOS pads or abrasive cleaners in sinks.
14. Make checks payable to AC RV Rentals, LLC. $50.00 Return Check Fee.
15. Delivery and pick up at your location is available and will be quoted upon request.
16. A $3.00 per hour generator charge applies after the allowable 8 hours per day use.
    
17. No towing.
